ADD/ ADHD Fish Oil Supplements May Help – A New Double Blind Study

Fish oil is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids in particular DHA which has been subject of several past studies for helping children with ADHD and ADD. A Calgary researcher at Lakehead University, Dr. Aparna Taylor, is looking at a new way to help kids with ADHD using fish oil supplements.
